We invite you to participate in the 7th EUROMECH Solid Mechanics Conference (ESMC2009), to be held at Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal, under the auspices of European Mechanics Society (EUROMECH), during September 7-11, 2009.
The registration and abstract submission site for the Conference are open and waiting for your visit at: http://www.dem.ist.utl.pt/esmc2009. We invite you to submit your abstract to any of the General Sessions or to contact the mini-symposia organizers to participate in the almost 30 mini-symposia that are being organized. Special Issues of International Scientific Journals are planned for some of the mini-symposia by their organizers.
Authors wishing to contribute to the conference are invited to submit a two-page abstract, which will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and by the mini-symposia organizers. Submission of full papers, supporting accepted abstracts, are generally not required, but encouraged. The conference publication will include the accepted abstracts and the full papers submitted. Organizers of mini-symposia may invite contributors to deliver full length papers to be reviewed, and if accepted, published in special issues of International Scientific Journals.
The abstract submission deadline is January 31, 2009.
